Our policy
We believe that you and your child's safety and progress are of utmost importance. We will do everything in our power to make sure that you are happy with our services and that you have the greatest customer experience possible.

About our Payment Schedule
We sell our classes by the package. Each package includes a certain number of classes. Each class is no more than one hour and our minimum package consists of four classes.
The payments are due on the first day of class for each package of classes. No classes will be "made up" or "rescheduled" if the student cancels the scheduled class. If the company (English Plus One) cancels a class, then the class will be rescheduled without additional payment owed by the student. There are no refunds once the package is paid for until the classes have expired for the duration of the package.
